Bresaylor Museum

The stories of these families reach back much further than the year 1882 when Bresaylor was founded. These families, and others from the Bresaylor community, came from the Métis Homeland, Red River. They brought with them a strong sense of identity and culture, including traditions from the days of hunting buffalo and the fur trade era. Each family had their own reasons for heading west, but all were looking for fresh starts.
