This versatile, multi-use facility can accommodate weddings, conferences, meetings, banquets, volleyball, basketball, badminton, etc. The building is one of the few fully air conditioned rental facilities in the Battlefords and surrounding area. The main hall, 70' x 100', has a tiled floor and includes a fully functional wet bar with double cooler, a large coat check room, and kitchen. The kitchen is clean and well equipped, including 2 commercial stoves, 1 stove, 1 fridge, and 2 double coolers.
Our full-time caretaker will set up according to your specifications, with a portable stage, sound system, and various table sizes available. The hall can accommodate 500 people for dining/dancing, 675 for a banquet, 800 for meetings. This facility is wheelchair accessible.
The Alex Dillabough Centre offers contemporary meeting room facilities with natural daylight and air conditioning for productive conferences and meetings. We have three different spaces available for a variety of uses- from interviews and presentations to meetings and events, day or evening. Rental includes whiteboard and marker pens, access to telephones, flip charts, screens, TV, DVD player, portable screen, and overhead projector. Clean washroom facilities and change rooms are available next to each meeting room. Coffee service is available at a small additional charge.
Our large meeting room measures 28'x36' and has a flexible wall system to create the smaller space if required. Capacity of this room is 75 using theatre style seating. A smaller meeting room, measuring 16'x28' sits next to the kitchen facility. This room would have a capacity of 40 sitting theatre style.
